Job Description:

Leidos is seeking a Project Manager to support a large enterprise IT contract for the DOD. This individual will work in a team environment to ensure mission needs are met and ensure functionality of capabilities of customers. Leidos is building a new team to transform our customer spaces. We are looking for a collaborative and forward leaning individual who wants to tackle challenges and be a part of creating innovative solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, monitor, and report on activities related to the project.

• Facilitate status review meetings among project team members and clients.

• Coordinate with other contractors and system owners as needed.

• Coordinate with multiple technical and operational teams to achieve the necessary program, project or activity plans, and schedules

• Follow industry recognized best practices for program management, change management, and configuration control processes to ensure highest quality deliverables and infrastructure performance.

• Use configuration management tools to store, track, and manage configuration items and the CM environment.

• Serve as an advisor on and ensure change documentation is completed on automation

• Lead to operational efficiencies

• Examine customer problems, develop and present solutions, and then implements appropriate corrective action to initiate a change.

• Ensure that baseline integrity management can be established within the enterprise.

• Support the development and adherence to procedures and policies.

• Work independently.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree with 6 years of relevant experience, Masters degree with 4 years

• Education equivalency of Associate’s with 8 years of related experience or High School Diploma with 10 years of related experience can be used in lieu of Bachelor’s degree.

Security Clearance:

• Due to the nature of the government contracts we support, US Citizenship is required.

• TS/SCI with Poly is required for this position or a TS/SCI and willingness to get a poly.

Pay Range:

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
