The Defense Group at Leidos is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Property Management Specialist in support of C5ISR Prototyping and Integration Facility. This role includes interfacing with the hand receipt holders and the Government Property Book Office team to ensure all property is accounted for during its lifecycle from receipt to disposition.
Primary Responsibilities
Work with Government Directorate Property Book personnel to facilitate the transition of property between hand receipt holders (HRHs) and/or storage locations (SLocs).
Conduct property accountability physical inventories and turn-ins as they are required, to include comparing data against physical property items to identify discrepancies, losses, and found-on-installation additions.
Generate accurate transactions documentation to add all newly procured or transferred-in property to the property book.
Basic Qualifications
A two-year degree in Engineering Technology, Business, Accounting or a related scientific/technical discipline with 3 to 5 years’ experience. An additional 4 years of direct relevant technical experience may be substituted for education.
Demonstrated experience with property accountability support.
Ability to communicate and collaborate internally within the customer organization, and externally with property stakeholders.
Demonstrated organizational and recordkeeping skills, with the ability to utilize spreadsheets (i.e., Microsoft Excel) to track property accountability actions.
Effective communication and customer service skills.
Due to contract requirement, US Citizenship is required in order to obtain a Secret clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with FAR regulations and policies related to property accountability.
Active Secret security clearance.
Pay Range:
Pay Range $42,250.00 - $65,000.00 - $87,750.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
