The Leidos Enterprise & Cyber Solutions, Defense Operation is presently seeking a seasoned Project Analyst to support one of our most critical DoD missions. Our customer serves as principal enterprise systems engineering, enterprise architecture, and technical authority for the Nuclear C3 Enterprise within DoD and oversee systems engineering and integration for the entire National Leadership Command Capability (NLCC) infrastructure. Work will be performed, on site, at the Nuclear C3 Enterprise Center – Fort Meade, Maryland.

Clearance:  Current Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.

The National Leadership Command Capability System Engineering (NLCC SE) program is currently seeking a driven, results oriented and motivated self-starter with excellent organizational skills to join our team as a Senior Project Analyst in support of U.S. Strategic Command’s System Engineering and Integration Division. Establish work methods and procedures that assures functional responsibilities are properly coordinated with other branches and divisions within the organization.  

As Project Analyst, supporting the Nuclear Command, Control and Communications (NC3) program, you will provide planning, operational, analytical, office management and administrative functions related to the customer's senior official staff. You will track and create reports across the customer's entire portfolio of deliverables, services and meetings. You will interface with all levels of technical staff to collect data points, status and critical report information for the customer. This role requires you to be a strong communicator and presenter with through knowledge and hands on experience in Microsoft Access. Products you will provide include generation of SITREPs, Action Item Trackers, Deliverable Schedules, Weekly Activity Reports, etc. We are seeking a critical thinker who is analytical and good at problem solving. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are a must!

These are the required qualifications...
•    Bachelor of Science and 12+ years’ experience to include a at least 5 years’ experience as a project analyst or related work may be considered.
•    Must hold active TS/SCI Clearance

These are required skills to qualify for the position...
•    Knowledgeable in how to plan, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of operating programs.
•    Able to use source data to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and business processes.
•    Able to use qualitative and quantitative analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of the operations
•    Effectively manipulate data to present program status.
•    Able to provide recommendations related to continuous improvement of business processes.
•    Able to present to management, via excellent verbal and written skills, high-level summaries and detailed finance related reports.
•    Develop briefing materials and other analytical data used by the leadership to support program justification to stakeholders.

•    Direct DISA and/or DoD experience is preferred.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $90,350.00 - $139,000.00 - $187,650.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
