Job Description:
Leidos is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a high visibility first responder / first receiver training delivery services program. The Project Manager will be the trusted advisor to high level government officials and oversee all hazards training including CBRNE incidents, mass casualty incidents, and incidents involving hazardous materials. He/She will be required to interface with customer and Leidos executives frequently. This Project Manager will be the primary point of contact for all customer requirements and interactions, understanding customer needs, and leveraging Leidos innovative solutions to solve complex problems. Candidate must have direct project management experience in delivery of responder training.
The Project Manager shall have demonstrated capabilities in providing vision and driving a program organization towards a target level. This individual will serve as the main point of contact for the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), the Government leadership personnel, and Leidos senior management. The Project Manager is available to the COR via telephone at all times, 24/7. If the Project Manager will not be available by telephone, he/she will notify the COR of the non-availability and identify an alternate. The Project Manager or designated alternate shall be available to meet with Government personnel at the designated facility(s) within thirty minutes during normal working hours (Monday through Friday between 07:30 and 16:30, CST) and within two hours of request outside normal working hours.
Minimum requirements include
Bachelor or Master’s degree in a management field
8 years of prior relevant experience in first responder/receiver training
4 years, within the last 7, experience in the management and supervision of program operations
Preferred Qualifications
Experience / Education in Emergency Management
Experience in responder course development and delivery
Proficiency in WebEOC
Communicates well with colleagues across multiple areas
Pay Range:
Pay Range $113,100.00 - $174,000.00 - $234,900.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
