Job Description:
Leidos has an opening for a Project Analyst and Scheduler at our California, MD office in support of the Theater Mission Planning Center (TMPC) Program. The successful candidate will work with the lead project scheduler to develop and maintain an integrated master schedule for all contracted activities.
The ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and mission-focused environment is a must.
PRIMARY FOCUS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Expert with MS Project
- Lead scheduling activities and develop plans for the Integrated Master Schedule items to be included in the Integrated Government Schedule
- Develop/maintain/update existing project schedules: Gantt charts, critical path analysis, milestone schedules
- Effectively incorporate status elicited from team members
- Analyze status updates and work with Release Leads and Engineers to determine the key milestones
- Ability to create a network between tasks & establish logic to support major milestones
- Recognize schedule conflicts & work with team to mitigate schedule conflicts
- Manage status requests from government leads and provide briefing input
- Analyze schedule status against baseline
- Effectively request & communicate status
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree and 12 years of prior relevant experience. Additional years of experience can be considered in lieu of degree.
- Excellent verbal and written communication applied to customer forums.
- Active Secret clearance
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP)®
Pay Range:
Pay Range $90,350.00 - $139,000.00 - $187,650.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
