Leidos, a Fortune 500 company, seeks a qualified and dynamic Project Manager who will provide support as a part of our successful Energy Efficiency program team in MA, CT, RI, and NY. This position offers a unique career opportunity with the successful energy efficiency programs that promotes energy efficiency projects for utility programs.
Primary Responsibilities
Project Management duties include but are not limited to the following:
Assisting participating customers with project management activities associated with the installation of energy efficiency measures.
Assisting in obtaining and coordinating all necessary supporting documentation for EE projects.
Supporting with Pre and Post inspections for energy efficiency programs. Electric Vehicle Project and Construction Management
Being responsible for internal and external client satisfaction metrics.
Effectively communicating with management regarding program progress, market direction, and trade ally participation.
Collaborating with entire program team.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, Industrial Technology degree preferred
Minimum of 12+ years experience providing utility core business services and energy efficiency services
Utility Program Management, Experience working with core utility C&I services
Experience performing pre and post inspections for utility energy efficiency programs
Superior organization, communications and interpersonal skills required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical skills with ability to manage multiple time-dependent tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required
Preferred Qualifications
Experience servicing energy efficiency program management for utilities and performing pre and post inspections for utility energy efficiency programs
Pay Range
$90,350 - $139,000 - $187,650
