Job Description:
Leidos has an exciting and rewarding opportunity for a Help Desk Technician to work independently with minimal supervision leading the help desk team for the Infrastructure and Deactivation & Remediation contractors at the Paducah site as well as the DOE site office.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide customer support to individuals regarding IT issues when possible and escalate the issue in other instances.
Troubleshoot customer-reported issues.
Image, move, and install PCs.
Manage print queues and provide support for printers and copiers.
Active directory management of users and security groups.
Qualifications:
Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of prior relevant experience.
Demonstrated success improving, optimizing, standardizing, and streamlining customer support processes.
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office products, Adobe Acrobat, Windows 10 and 7 operating systems, and Windows server operating systems.
Working knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.
Demonstrated experience and proven success working in a multi-tiered team environment.
Requires the ability to qualify for a DOE Q or DOE L security clearance.
Pay Range:
Pay Range $33,150.00 - $51,000.00 - $68,850.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
