We are using telephone meetings and online chats via Brazen to conduct interviews and hiring discussions, and we are offering options for video interviews so that you can have a virtual face to face meeting with your potential new leader. We do not conduct interviews or extend offers via text or chat based social media, such as WhatsApp or MySpace.

Leidos will never ask you to provide payment-related information at any part of the employment application process, nor will Leidos ever advance money as part of the hiring process. Leidos is hiring licensed behavioral health professionals to provide non-medical counseling services to military service members and their families on and around military installations. Your most meaningful work is ahead.  

Military families deal with unique challenges and sacrifices while serving their country. At Leidos, it is our mission to help service members, veterans, and their families work through important military life adjustments. Our partnership with the Department of Defense (DOD) ensures that servicemen, women and their families have access to transformative counseling services that support: 

  • Complex and unique matters of military family life 
  • Childhood education programs and children's counseling

The mission of caring for Service members, Veterans, and their families is personal to us.

Portability of Professional Licenses

If you are a servicemember or the spouse of a servicemember, new legislation regarding the portability of professional licenses has been approved. If you are impacted by this new law, we encourage you to reconsider your application to one of the positions listed below. For more information, reference H.R.7939 - Sec. 19.
